How about some biryani with Mango chutney?



I was wondering what makes Biryani the most favorite meal amongst many Indians. It must be the spices, the mélange of spices that create magic in the pot. It is the texture of the rice and other ingredients - mushy, crispy and chewy, perhaps.

Just Add Bits Of Edible Fragrant Rose Petals In The End As A Garnish And Smell The Biryani Before You Eat It! It Should Be Heavenly!

It is summer-time and what more can you ask for than a sumptuous serving of Sweet Mango chutney to eat with your meal or just as a dessert? The jelly-like texture makes you want to have more of it and the balance it creates is just out of the world. A right mixture of sweet, sour, salt and bitter; it is my recommendation for great summer dessert.

Drizzle Some Honey And Neem Flower Pods Fried In Ghee As A Garnish To The Sweet Mango Chutney And Relish It!
